Traferr Child Safety Policy
Commitment to Child Safety
Traferr is a social networking platform strictly for users aged 18 and above, designed to foster safe and meaningful connections between travelers and localites. We are fully committed to preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and ensuring a secure digital environment for all users.
Traferr complies with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards and all relevant regional and international child safety laws to protect against online exploitation.
Strict Age Verification & User Screening
Traferr employs a robust user verification process to prevent underage access, ensuring all users are 18 years or older before they can join the platform. This process includes:
✅ Government ID verification (where required)
✅ AI-driven facial recognition and identity checks
✅ Manual moderation of flagged accounts
Any user found to be under 18 will be immediately removed and permanently banned from the platform.
Prohibited Content & Reporting Mechanisms
Traferr has a zero-tolerance policy against any form of child abuse, exploitation, or inappropriate content involving minors. To enforce this:
- Users can report suspicious activity through an in-app reporting system.
- Reports are reviewed 24/7 by our moderation team.
- Any confirmed violations will be escalated to law enforcement and child protection agencies.
- We use AI-powered detection tools and human moderation to identify harmful content before it spreads.
Enforcement & Legal Action
Traferr takes strong enforcement actions against anyone violating child safety policies, including:
❌ Permanent account termination
❌ IP address bans and device restrictions
❌ Legal action under applicable laws
❌ Immediate reporting to child protection agencies and law enforcement
We also collaborate with online safety organizations and Google’s CSAI Match technology to detect and remove any child exploitation content proactively.
User Responsibility & Parental Guidance
While Traferr is strictly for adults only, we encourage parents and guardians to monitor devices used by minors to prevent unauthorized access. Users must immediately report any suspected violations, ensuring a safer online community for all.
Compliance & Law Enforcement Collaboration
Traferr fully complies with international child protection laws, including:
- COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act – USA)
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation – EU)
- POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act – India)
We actively cooperate with law enforcement agencies to investigate and take action against any reports related to child exploitation.
